The Young Person’s Guide to East London is a cSPACE project initiated and managed by artist Loraine Leeson, who has worked for thirty years with the communities of East London.
Her achievement has recently been celebrated through a retrospective exhibition that toured in Europe and North America and is documented through the publication Art for Change.
cSPACE is a charitable company based at the Docklands campus of the University of East London. It draws on the experience of many decades of work with young people in the visual arts and media, and has a track record of innovative projects making creative use of new technologies.
